8) B - It's asking for the price you should offer, so you want to find 7% of the asking price (p) by multiplying it to 0.07 (which is 7%, move decimal to left 2 places). Then you want to subtract that number from the asking price to get the amount you should offer

9) C - It's asking for how much money you'll save, so you need to multiply how much computers you'll buy (25) to the price of each computer (z). Then you'll multiply that number to 0.19 (which is 19%, move decimal to left 2 places) to get how much you'll save
