8. Activities that promote effective stress management are getting proper sleep, sticking to fitness routines and talking about problems. Activities that help to deal with stress tend to give an understanding of how to handle stress. For example, seeking help from friends will work best because the individual will share his emotions with others and in the process reduce the emotional burden in the mind and heart.
