Secondary succession refers to the series of community variations that occurs on a previously colonized but damaged or disturbed habitat. The examples include the regions that have been cleared of prevailing vegetation, like after tree-felling in a woodland and destructive occurrences like fires.

A climax community is an ecological community in which populations of animals or plants remain stable and prevail in equilibrium with each other and their surroundings. A climax community refers to the ultimate phase of succession, remaining comparatively unchanged until destructed by an incident like human interference or fire.

Thus, the stable state of vegetation development in a region with time during secondary succession signifies climax community.

Novosadov [1.4K]

Answer:

Crop Rotation: Rotating in high-residue crops — such as corn, hay, and small grain — can reduce erosion as the layer of residue protects topsoil from being carried away by wind and water. Conservation Tillage: Conventional tillage produces a smooth surface that leaves soil vulnerable to erosion.

Phosphorus in rivers can lakes sinks to the bottom and over thousands of years becomes ______ again.
pshichka [43]

Your question isn't the most clear, but I think your answer is rocks, or more specifically phosphorous rich rocks because the phosphorous will mix with the sediments on the river's/lake's ground forming phosphorous rich rocks.

That means that It'll become a phosphate mineral and later become phosphorous again when the minerals weather.

Hope it helped,
