What is the pH of H+ = .0010M also is it acidic, Neutral, or Basic
earnstyle [38]

Answer:

pH = 3; acidic

Explanation:

The equation to find pH given [H+] is:

pH = -log[H+]

In the question it gives us the concentration of [H+], which is 0.0010 M.

Now just plug this into the equation to solve:

pH = -log(0.0010)

pH = 3

This would make the solution acidic as it is less than 7.

Hope this helps!!

Why does temperature stay constant during a phase change?
Serjik [45]
When a solid is heated , the average kinetic e energy of the substance increases because of which the temperature increases....this heat won’t affect the average kinetic energy of the substance. Since average kinetic energy will remain same during phase change , the temperature will remain same too.
