Your friend wants your advice about his new transformation fitness plan. He has found a plan that sounds promising to him, but h

e wants to know what you think before he gets started. The plan is backed by several celebrities. It requires people to buy expensive, pre-packaged, microwavable food and supplements and some workout equipment. Their website promises people can lose up to 30 pounds with minimal exercise. What should you tell your friend? This is a good plan, but he should find a coupon online to reduce the cost. There is not enough information to determine whether this plan is good or not. This is not a good plan because the best bet is always healthy eating and regular exercise. This is not a good plan unless he is going to add a 100% fruit juice with his breakfast.

I hope someone can help me here please don't answer nonsense!
Lynna [10]

Answer:

Since the epidemic began, many of us have had to make drastic changes to our daily routines, but cheerleaders have had to actually change the way they do their routines. Cheerleaders must remain at least 25 feet away from players on the field and fans in the stands, per CHSAA regulations, while on the sidelines during football games.

Cheerleaders now must not only remember to bring their pom poms, spirit sticks, and stunting moves to the sidelines, but also their face masks. You also can't do any kinds of stunts. We take off our masks when we applaud or have to holler. There's a need for us to raise our voices above our normal volume. We also can't contact, which makes stunting, which is an element of cheer, very impossible.

This is only my opinion, so please make it your one-of-a-kind work so you can avoid plagiarism. :)

The cool-down should last from __
NikAS [45]
Not completely sure of this, but I would say 5-10 minutes.
Explanation: “Similar to your warm up, your cool down should take approximately 10 minutes and should consist of progressively lighter running which will safely return your blood pressure and heart rate to pre-exercise levels and also help limit any post-exercise soreness.”

Hope this helps :)

What is the difference between nearsightedness and farsightedness.
Ipatiy [6.2K]

Answer:

A nearsighted person sees near objects clearly, while objects in the distance are blurred. Farsightedness is the result of the visual image being focused behind the retina rather than directly on it. It may be caused by the eyeball being too small or the focusing power being too weak.
