Do you believe that Maslow was correct in his assessment of motives?
Ber [7]

Answer:

Yes i will agree to an extent

Explanation:

Maslow was right about humans being motivated by different needs which were in hierarchical order according to how important they are. He made basic needs such as the food, clothing and shelter as the highest want which individuals require for survival.

This is actually true and he also noted that as one need is gotten or achieved then others would be worked towards to be achieved and the cycle goes on for other needs yet to be met.

A covered entity may use or disclose PHI without an authorization, or documentation of a waiver or an alteration of authorizatio
enyata [817]

Answer:

The best answer to the question: A covered entity may use or disclose PHI without an authorization, or documentation of a waiver or an alteration of authorization, for all of the following EXCEPT:___, would be, D: Data that does not cross state lines when disclosed by the covered entity.

Explanation:

When performing research, and especially when using people´s PHI (Protected Health Information), there are a lot of limits and requirements that must be met, in order to use any of that information. One of the most important issues here is the responsibility that research facilities, and researchers in general, have, of not disclosing private and protected information from a participant of any study, unless there is strict and written permission from the person, or an appropriate representative of that person. However, in the case of covered entities, HIPAA, which is the law that regulates the management of private health information, contemplates some exceptions to the rules. From the list provided here, all: A,B and C, are parts of the list of exceptions that HIPAA contemplates. However, D, is not one of them.

svetlana [45]

Answer:

Empathy altruism

Explanation:

Empathy altruism is a social exchange theory. In this theory, people help those people who experience the same situation as the person who supports the person have experienced the same feelings. When a person feels to help another person then the person supports that person. They help that person without any demand. And in another way, we can say that people help another person because they pleasure or happiness in helping others. When the people do not feel empathy then it transfers to the social exchange theory.
