2.3s + 4.6h = 4232
s + h = 1030
h = 1030 - s

2.3s + 4.6(1030 - s) = 4232
2.3s + 4738 - 4.6s = 4232
4738 - 4232 = 4.6s - 2.3s
506 = 2.3s
s = 220

h = 1030 - s
h = 1030 - 220 = 810

there were 810 downloads of the high-quality version

Janie walks 1 mile to get to a running track.she then runs at a speed of 3.5 miles per hour.Which linear models represents the t
MrMuchimi

Answer:

d = 3.5t + 1

Step-by-step explanation:

The linear function would have to multiply the speed she runs at the track by the number of hours that she spent running. Then it should add this amount to the 1 mile that she walked to get to the track. If we use the variable d as the total distance that she ran and walked, and the variable t to represent time then we would create the following linear function/model.

d = 3.5t + 1

How to find the discriminant of
Sonbull [250]

the discriminant   b^2 - 4ac when the equation is in the form of ax^2 +bx+c=0

13x^2-16x = x^2 -x

we need to get in it the standard form

subtract x^2 from each side

12x^2 -16x = -x

add x to each side

12x^2 -15x = 0

12x^2 -15x -0 =0

a=12 b=-15 c=0

b^2 -4ac

the discriminant = b^2

b^2 = (-15)2 = 225

tim spends 25% of his time at the gym dooing leg exercises , 1/5 on shoulder exercises , 0.35 on biceps exercises , and warming
svetoff [14.1K]

Answer:

20%

Step-by-step explanation:

1/5 of 1 hour = 20 minutes

so 1/5 = 20%

25% + 20% = 45%

0.35 = 35%

45% + 35% = 80%

100% - 80% = 20%

Answer = 20%

Hope this helps!
