Hello! Based off of those answer choices, you can eliminate both A and C because that has nothing to do with YOUR OWN values. Now we are left with B and D.  B is the best option because you are thinking about your self-respect which you are entitled to. This will help you to maintain your values, however. If you go off of what other people think of you, it can be a good thing. Sometimes it can be a bad thing because they could judge you for who you are which would be against your values. So, I would say B is your best option.
