To find out how many liters of energy drink Coach Donavan bought you need to multiply how much liters are in one bottle by how many bottles he bought.

9/10 x 15

9/10 x 15 is 13.5 or 13 and 1/2

So Coach Donavan bought 13 and a half liters of energy drink.

and the diameter is double the radius 3*2=6 so the diameter is 6
