Not easily changed
Advocard [28]
I would say when an atom has its valence electron shell filled like a noble gas has, it is not easily changed.

I’m not entirely sure of what you’re asking, but if you’re talking about bonding then it would be an ionic bond that is not easily changed.

Atoms of two adjacent elements in the third period are in the ground state. An atom of element A has only s electrons in its val
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

A is Magnesium, B is Aluminium both are adjacent element and lie in third period.

Magnesium with atomic number of 12 consist two s electrons in it's valence shell in ground state whereas, Aluminium which has atomic number of 13 consist three electrons in it's valence shell in the ground state out of which two are s electrons and only one p electron.

Which yields H+(aq) as the only positive ion in an aqueous solution?(1) CH3CHO (2) CH3CH2OH (3) CH3COOH (4) CH3OCH3
Arte-miy333 [17]
If H+ would have to dissociate from a substance and must be the only positive ion in the solution that substance must be an acid.
CH3CHO is an aldehyde called acetaldehyde.
CH3CH2OH is an alcohol called ethanol
CH3OCH3 is an ether called dimethyl ether.
and finally, the answer CH3COOH is a weak acid called acetic acid.

Balance the following reaction:
miv72 [106K]

The balanced reaction is   as below

3A₂B  + 2DC₃→ 6 AC  + D₂B₃

The number that must be  to the left of AC   is 6

 Explanation

  • According to the law  of mass  conservation , the number of atoms in reactant side   must be equal  to number  to the number of atoms  in  product  side.
  • Therefore the equation above is balance  since  it obey the law of mass conservation.
  • For example there is 6 atoms  of A in reactant side and  6 in product side.
