The whole line is IK.
This means that IJ + JK = IK

IJ = x - 4
IK = 9x - 19
JK = 5x + 12

(x - 4) + (5x + 12) = 9x - 19
6x + 8 = 9x - 19
8 = 3x - 19
27 = 3x
9 = x

Now that you have x, insert it into each of the segments.
IJ = x - 4
IJ = 9 - 4
IJ = 5

IK = 9x - 19
IK = 9(9) - 19
IK = 81 - 19
IK = 62

JK = 5x + 12
JK = 5(9) + 12
JK = 45 + 12
JK = 57

So the answer would be:
B. IJ = 5, JK = 57, IK = 62
