Obama is a good leader, because he is trying to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. A wide gap between the rich and the poor is never good. We can look back into history to see this. For example, in the Tang Dynasty, the rich got out of their taxes, so the poor had to pay more, which widened the gap. The dynasty soon fell. While it may not be working completely yet, Obama is doing all he can to fix this problem.
Side note: This is a very democratic stance on American politics, however it is more of a democratic question, as Obama is a democrat.
He increased defense spending in order to boost conventional military forces—non nuclear forces such as troops, ships, and artillery—and to create an elite branch ofthe army called the Special Forces, or Green Berets.
he also tripled the overall nuclear capabilities of the United States

In ancient times the writings were done in clay tablets and then was done in wax and then on the papyrus or paper. In Monastery there was a place called as the scriptorium where the scripts were written and stored. The Scriptorium was the place where they copied, wrote, maintained manuscripts. The monks working there as scribes would script it and arrange it in a mass assembly line style.
Each scriptorium had a director who was a provisioner who provided materials and checked the copying process. It was also a custom followed that the monks were asked to write at least for an hour.
