Answer:

D. The United States wanted to prevent communism from spreading.

Explanation:

The Vietnam War was a long, expensive and disruptive attack that hollowed the communist government of North Vietnam against South Vietnam and its ally, the United States.

The contention was heightened by the continuous Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union.

Restriction to the war in the United States harshly separated Americans, even after President Richard Nixon requested the withdrawal of U.S. powers in 1973. Socialist powers finished the war by seizing control of South Vietnam in 1975, and the nation was brought together as the Socialist Republic of Vietnam the next year.

Is Indian corn used for decoration only?
Veronika [31]
No, it is not. But its not to common. Indian corn is a starch which is edible but probably tastes bland. Corn that people normally eat is juicy and sweet while if you were to have it before it matures from the internal breakdowns(while its green), it would be hard, crunchy, and bland. Likewise, Indian corn is hard and bland but its not commonly eaten. If you were to use it, it might be best to ground it into a form of corn starch and mix it with something else.

Which analogy best describes the shape of how the stars located in the galactic disk orbit the galactic center A a merry go roun
vekshin1

Answer:

(A) A merry go round

This analogy best describes the shape of how the stars located in the galactic disk orbit.

Explanation:

According to many recent scientific studies, it is estimated that our Milky Way has over 200 billion stars, in which most of all are located in the Galactic disk, close to the nucleus and bulge in the center.

The galactic disk is made of a large quantity and percentage of gas and dust as well a huge number of stars, both old and young ones. In this faction of the milky way, the galactic center is orbited by the stars in circular motions, which is due to the interaction with gravity causing some up and down actions mixed with the circular orbits.
