Answer:

i cant tell you the transformations but i CAN tell you what they should look like, idk if they'll help you or not.  it might jog your memory.

Step-by-step explanation:

#1 has a negative out front so what this means is that the general shape of the graph when plotted will be upside down, now as for the x-3 when you subtract a number from the inside the function goes right. finally the "+5" on the outside, when you add a number on the outside the function goes up.

so to sum things up,  the shape of the graph will be upside down it will translate to the right 3 units and up 5 units.

i forgot to mention, the graph is an exponential that'll tell you the shape of the graph.  hope this helps you in the slightest.

What are the next 3 terms in the pattern -24,-14,-4,6...
zmey [24]
The pattern is plus 10 for each time

Formula recursive
A_n = A_n -1 + 10

So the next term is 5th

A_5 = A_5 -1 + 10

A_5-1 = A_4 +10

5th = 6+10 = 16

I think you can do it for the next 2 terms.

ratelena [41]

Answer:

a) 0.357 pounds of hamburger meat can be purchased by spending 1 dollar

b)  1 pound of hamburger meat costs 2.8 dollars

Step-by-step explanation:

Rate in this case can be defined in two ways

a) The maximum amount of hamburger meat that can be purchased by spending 1 dollar

\frac{2.5}{7} \\= 0.357 pounds of hamburger meat can be purchased by spending 1 dollar

b) The maximum cost of 1 pound of hamburger meat

\frac{7}{2.5} \\2.8 dollar

Thus, 1 pound of hamburger meat costs 2.8 dollars

When the sample evidence is sufficient to justify rejecting the null hypothesis in a goodness-of-fit test, can you tell exactly
Svetllana [295]

No, we can only suppose that the observed distribution deviates from the expected distribution when we reject the null hypothesis.

<h3>What is a null hypothesis?</h3>

The null hypothesis exists as a specific mathematical theory that claims that there exists no statistical relationship and significance between two sets of observed data and estimated phenomena for each set of selected, single observable variables. The null hypothesis can be estimated to define whether or not there exists a relationship between two measured phenomena, which creates it useful. It can let the user comprehend if the outcomes exist as the product of random events or intentional manipulation of a phenomenon.
