Answer:

She should use spelling and grammar check for typo mistakes and formatting for headings

Explanations:

Microsoft Word has a built in option of spelling and grammar check. When we enter something that has a mistake, Word highlights it. If it is a spelling mistake a red line is shown under it and if it is a grammatical mistake, a green line is shown. We can use the option of Check Spelling and Grammar to clear all those mistakes. Similarly we can go to format tab and select No heading option to remove all the headings from the documents.

Hi!

She is going to have to use spell and word check to try and avoid any typos. If she wants all headings to have the same font, she needs to use the font drop down menu in order to do such.

By utilising these tools, Rachel will be able to successfully achieve what she so desires.

Hopefully, this helps! =)

ziro4ka [17]
I'd say that if Gina wants to consistently format the headings in all of her worksheets, the quickest way to do so is to B. right-click the sheet tab, select All Sheets on the shortcut menu, and then format the text in the active worksheet.
This way, she will include all the headings she wants to format.
