Answer:

Explanation:

The science and it's associated knowledge can help people to develop and use alternatives of coal as a source of energy. As coal is a non-renewable source of energy and it's use should be judicious so that the future generation may not suffer from scarcity. Thus alternative sources of energy like water, wind and solar energy can be used so as to conserve the coal for future generation. The knowledge of science and technology will help in generation of energy from the alternative sources.

Science can create new forms of energy that dont use coal for example; hydroelectricity, wind power, solar power, steam power, fusion, fission, etc.
Or science can create more efficient ways to use the resources.

If a substance has a half-life of 55.6 s, and if 230.0 g of the substance are present initially, how many grams will remain afte
Assoli18 [71]

Answer:

m=0.127g

Explanation:

Hello,

In this case, for a first-order reaction, we can firstly compute the rate constant from the given half-life:

k=\frac{ln(2)}{t_{1/2}} =\frac{ln(2)}{55.6s}=0.0125s^{-1}

In such a way, the integrated first-order law, allows us to compute the final mass of the substance once 10.0 minutes (600 seconds) have passed:

m=m_0*exp(-kt)=230.0g*exp(-0.0125s^{-1}*600s)\\\\m=0.127g

Best regards.

PLEASE HELP IM REALLY STRESSED OUT AND I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO DO THIS FOR ME! IK ITS ALOT SORRY! In this task, you'll determine
Burka [1]

Answer:

The reaction is endothermic

Part A: Yes because there is an immediate reaction of bubbling vigorously.

Part B: It releases energy because when the compounds are added together they are immediately releasing it by bubbling and turning cold.

Part C: Yes because the liquids inside when combined give off coldness that makes the liquid temperature decrease to use this chemical reaction could definitely be used to keep something cold
