Third, I will suggest you start yoga immediately because the meditation exercises will help you reduce the anxiety you feel because of the high levels of stress that are guiding you to a burnout episode. We are in the most important moment of change in your life because we have found everything that makes you unhappy. So, we have to remove it.

There are three reasons for my answer. First of all, Carl Rogers was a humanist psychologist. That believed in auto-realization and the psychology of love. According to his theory and perspective, humans can produce love for them and everyone around them.
