Answer:

Please see answers below

Explanation:

A. For break even point

= fixed expenses - Contribution margin per unit

Where,

Contribution margin per unit = Sales per unit - Variable cost per unit

= $11 - $4

= $7

Therefore,

Break even points in unit = $58,800 ÷ $7

= 8,400 pizzas

B. Target profit

The break even point = Fixed costs expenses + Target profit / Contribution margin per unit

= ($58,800 + $54,000) / $7

= $112,800 / $7

= 16,114 pizzas

C. Margin of safety in dollars

= (Total sales - Break even in sales) * Selling price per unit

= ( 9,900 - 8,400 ) * $11

= 1,500 * $11

= $16,500

D. Contribution margin in lay man's term.

Contribution margin is when a firm makes or produces a product and then sold it, the difference that is left after deducting variable costs(costs associated with the sales like cost of raw materials used in producing the product) from the the sales of such product is the contribution margin.

The UCC rule says that a merchant who offers to buy, sell, or lease goods and gives a written and signed assurance on a separate form that the offer will be held open cannot revoke the offer for the time stated or if no time is stated, for a reasonable time is referred to as the Firm Offer Rule.

A Firm Offer: What Is It?

When goods are sold, a firm offer is deemed to have been made when a guarantee to keep the offer open has been signed and the selling merchant meets the requirements for a merchant under the Uniform Commercial Code. Customers frequently ask for a definite offer so they can be certain of their cost over a predetermined period of time. A lot of retailers also request definite offers from their suppliers. Firm offers have a number of benefits, but there is a chance that things could change and the original offer would no longer be appropriate.

For instance, you might not be able to maintain the price you initially proposed due to rising raw material costs or running out of stock.

Only the time period specified in the offer is valid for firm offers. If the offer does not include a deadline, it will be valid for a maximum of three months.

IgorC [24]

Answer:

Yes, small changes in the assumptions pertaining to the estimation of the terminal value have a significant impact on the calculation of the total value of the target firm.

Explanation:

Terminal value is dependent on the input used in the valuation and the two inputs which heavily influence the value of enterprise are future growth projection and discount rate.

Accurately projecting the future cash flow can be a doubting task and can result in a degree of uncertainty built into estimate.

Small changes in the assumptions pertaining to the estimation of the terminal value have a significant impact on the calculation of the total value of the target firm. This is because, it is these small changes in the stable growth rate can change the terminal value significantly and the effect gets larger as the growth rate approaches the rate used in the estimation of the total value of the target firm.

kolezko [41]

Answer:

Institutional advertising for banks in Palestine should take into account the cultural sensibilities of the country.

As a muslim country, banks should take into account not only local Palestinian culture, but also general islamic culture when developing their advertising.

Palestine also has complex foreign relationships. Banks should also take this into account in order to create advertising that is effectively catered to the Palestinian people.
