Wel some ads show how drinking and driving is dangerous or that its illegal and as naive as most kids are it peaks their interst and they choose to go ahead and try it. as they would say "why not" "lets go have "fun""

Each has a different appeal to their potential future customers. Such as the bandwagon, for example, let's say an underage individual sees the singer they admire the most drinking alcohol in an advertisement (or commercial), they desire to be like said singer and start drinking themselves.
