A person's lifestyle can increase his or  her chances of developing a lifestyle disease for multiple reasons. Lifestyle diseases are caused by a combination of unhealthy behavior, heredity, and environment based on daily decisions . For example, heart disease, lung disease,cancer, and diabetes. Some examples of healthy lifestyle choices are: getting 8-10 hours of sleep, eating a healthy breakfast, maintaining a healthy weight, being active for 30 mins. Most days, avoiding tobacco alcohol and other drugs,managing stress, maintaining positive relationships, and practicing safe behaviors . These activities affect the risk of getting lifestyle diseases.

"Poor personal hygiene" is the main and biggest cause of foodborne illness. Personal hygiene is very basic to every individual. It reflects how we bring ourselves and take care of ourselves. It would be a great embarrassment to other people if you smell unpleasant, most especially towards your co-workers and employers.
