Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. They reduce the 
LDL cholesterol preventing the clogging in one's arteries. Examples of these would be avocado,salmon and olives. Meanwhile, for unhealthy fats refer to saturated and trans fat. They raise the cholesterol in the blood and the bad cholesterol. Examples are chips,fries and sausages.
