Let's solve your inequality step-by-step.

2.7 ≥ a + 3

Step 1: Flip the equation.

a + 3 ≤ 2.7

Step 2: Subtract 3 from both sides.

a+3 −3 ≤ 2.7−3

a ≤ −0.3

Answer:

a ≤ −0.3

Hope that helps!!!!! :) (Answer: 2.7 ≥ a + 3 = a ≤ −0.3)

pishuonlain [190]
Let the amount of the first brand be x, and let the amount of the second brand be y.
0.09x + 0.14y = 240 * 0.13 .................(1)
x + y = 240 ..............(2)
y = 240 - x .......................(3)
Plugging the value for y from equation (3) into equation (1), we get:
0.09x+0.14(240-x)=240\times0.13 ...............(4)
Equation (4) simplifies to:
-0.05x = -2.4
giving the value for the required amount of 9% vinegar as 48 ml and the required amount of 14% vinegar as 240 - 48 = 192 ml.

Type the correct answer in the box. Use numerals instead of words. If necessary, use / for the fraction bar.

From given picture we can see that X is mid point of line PQ

So PQ=2PX

From given picture we can see that Y is mid point of line PR

So PR=2PY

Now consider triangles PRQ and PYX

Sides PQ and PX has same ratio as of sides PR and PY (as calculated above)

angle XPY= angle QPR  (common angle)

Hence triangles PRQ and PYX are similar.

We know that ratio of the sides of similar triangles is always equal so we can write:

\frac{PQ}{PX} = \frac{QR}{XY}

Plug the given values QR=8 and PQ=2PX

\frac{2PX}{PX} = \frac{8}{XY}

\frac{2}{1} = \frac{8}{XY}

2 = \frac{8}{XY}

XY = \frac{8}{2}

XY = 4

Hence final answer is XY = 4 units.

If you spend $6 for food, the. You have $14 left. You have enough for 56 tickets. If you’re trying to find out how much the tickets are a piece you would divide $14 by 56. This would mean the tickets are .25¢ a piece.

Not sure if that’s what you’re asking for, but hope it helps :)
