Respect towards each member of society, education, economic opportunities, safety, freedom of speech.

Explanation:

There are many aspects that are fundamental for a society to be successful, conflict-free, and to run smoothly. But one of the most important aspects, that  goes hand-in-hand with education, is respect.

The more we respect and accept each other without judgement and if we allow every member of society to have freedom of speech, we are closer to a healthy environment and well-being. This value helps us to improve our relationship with other and with ourselves.

To this, we need to add safety and economic stability that also go hand-in-hand because a society with a high level of education and work opportunities is more likely to be a safe environment.

Education and respect, personally, are the most important factors.
