It does not matte what part of the coin is facing up when it is flipped. There are only two possibilities which are heads and tails. The way the coin is flipped, the number of flips it does while in the air and the speed of how it flips depends on human condition.
It is therefore not possible to guess which way the result will go based on how it is placed right before flipping.
