yeah i have been needing to make me slim.i need to know if running or cycling is better.but the problem is if i run i can run fo

r 20 minutes but if i cycle i can cycle for like 40 mts so i would like to know which option must i choose.if there is another way of becomeing slim or to loose fat please give me an answer
