Well the lizards might not feel threatened. when a lizard or chameleon change due to a chemical reaction in there skin it is made that way based off of the emotion that creates there skin to change colors, but it is a survival instinct so it happens due to there sense of danger <span />

Echinoderms evolved from bilateral ancestors and they are bilateral in their free swimming juvenile life stage. As adults they assume a pentamerous or radial symmetry by metamorphosis of juvenile to adult form.
They increase the permeability of the lymph capillaries. Interstitial fluid enters the lymphatic vessels through the mini valves (which are overlaps of endothelial cells
from multiple lymph capillaries). The valves also prevent the backflow of the lymph from the vessels back to the tissues.
