What I would do after learning more about good communication skills, is start an interesting topic with a friend. I would make sure to keep eye contact, and maintain good body behavior. By doing this, I will seem fully in the conversation. Another good idea when communicating with someone, is to think before you speak., knowing what you're going to say next will definitely make it easier to speak clearly.

to apply good communication for yourself with your teacher, family, or friends is Listen and try content

Further explanation

Listen and try content

Listening is easy, but really listening is hard. Listen to Understanding and Conversation Assistance. Reception is an important link in the communication process. However, many people just listen and focus their time and energy to learn how to express and convey it effectively. When talking to someone, they compile to formulate what they will say next from what was agreed to them.

What is agreed by listening well? The key to effective listening is the focus. The total attention of a good listener is focused on the message; He did not consider unrelated problems in the purchasing department, how much work was piled on his desk, or what to eat during the day. A good listener is also active, open-minded works hard to listen, and uses the speed of thinking to summarize, weigh, and support what the listener is asking for. After hearing and understanding the contents of the conversation, then convey the answers to questions by speaking through senses

So that the theme/material that we convey leaves a mark in the mind of the other person, it can strengthen communication with a convincing sense of expression. Hand gestures, eyes, smiles, or frowns will add to the impression of the theme conveyed. This is also so the other person understands that the theme being discussed is important and deserves to be heard.
