The owner of the club is the person who owns the alcoholic beverages of a private club.
Private clubs are in possession of individuals - not the entire state. So, any person who has a permit can open their own club and serve the drinks they provide themselves. People who go into such clubs have to pay to get in and to buy drinks which are owned by the owner him or herself.

Rina8888 [55]

The economic principle of substitution says that when there are two houses in the same neighborhood with the same size, appeal, and utility, the lower-priced one will tend to sell first.

The economic principle of substitution

  • According to the principle of substitution, the cost of purchasing a substitute that is just as desired tends to establish the upper limit of value, assuming no inopportune delays.
  • A shrewd investor would not spend more on an asset that generates income than it would cost to construct or buy an asset of a similar nature.
  • According to this theory, the cost of acquiring a comparable substitute property with the same use, design, and revenue determine the maximum value of a property in most cases.
  • For instance, why would somebody pay $1,000,000 for a home when they could pay $750,000 for a different but as appealing home in the same neighborhood?

Amanda [17]

Answer:

Over-applied by $3,842

Explanation:

If, Applied Overheads > Actual Overheads, overheads have been overapplied.

and

Since, Applied Overheads < Actual Overheads, overheads have been under- applied.

Applied Overheads = Predetermined rate x Actual Activity

where,

Predetermined rate = Budgeted Overheads ÷ Budgeted Activity

therefore,

Predetermined rate = $ 157,050 ÷ 4,500

                                  = $34.90

Applied Overheads = $34.90 x 4,580 = $159,842

Since, Applied Overheads > Actual Overheads, overheads have been overapplied.

Over-applied overheads = $159,842 - $ 156,000 = $3,842
