Chloe can determine if she was exposed to a communicable disease by knowing the portal of entry and the mode of transmission of the disease. If she believe that she has been exposed, she must report the incident to her supervisor immediately.

Individuals with an average to high intensity level, should exercise within what percentage of their maximum heart rate?
balu736 [363]

what I remember from my health class on this it should be somewhere between 60-90 percent of your MHR depending on what type of high intensity exercise your are doing such if your are starting out a new program, to increase overall strength and endurance, or increase your work capacity. The MHR can change for each one of these, but overall it should be the above.
