The correct answer is B) they needed more weapons to continue aggressive movements.

Southern disadvantages led to the Battle of Gettysburg in that they needed more weapons to continue aggressive movements.

One of the disadvantages of the Confederated Army was the lack of supplies. They needed more supplies to keep on with their aggressive movements after the Potomac victory. The Southern Army had fewer weapons and supplies compared to the Union's Army. They also did not have the same amount of money that the Union had to support the war effort.

Anyway, the Battle of Gettysburg was fought from July 1 to 3, 1863, and is considered the bloodiest battle of the war and a turning point for the Union Army.

Karl Marx promoted which economic idea?
prohojiy [21]

Answer:

Option B

Explanation:

Karl Marx was against capitalism that favored business, production and trading across the border. He was a believer of communism and hence wanted to restrict the business boundaries. He also said that capitalism promoted materialism due to which our present history is like this. If instead of materialism our history would have been based on ideas then it would have been way different than what it is now.

Hence, option B is correct

When was the battle of Waterloo?
zubka84 [21]

Answer:

The Battle of Waterloo was in 1815. It was fought in the present-day province of Waterloo Brabant, Belgium.

Explanation:

The Battle of Waterloo is acknowledged as the end of the Napoleonic Wars (1803-1815), the set of wars led by Bonaparte in his expansionist attempts in Europe. He aimed to establish France hegemony on the continent and to spread the French Revolution ideals throughout the region.

It was Bonaparte's preparation in 1803 for these future wars that led him to sell the French territories in North America to the newly independent United States. The event became known as Louisiana Purchase.
