15 + 36 + 15 + 12 + 12 + 9 + 2 • (36 - 12 - 12) = 123
so every number bigger than 123 would be overlap
X < 123
and only number lesser then 123 is A) 120

So, H=-5, W=2 and the problem is 4h-3w

To plug them in, your new equation would be 4(-5)-3(2) and simplify. So it becomes -20-6 which = -26. 

And -26 would be your answer.
