How do radiography and fluoroscopy compare? Neither technique increases the risk of developing cancer. Radiography can monitor a

process, but fluoroscopy forms a single image. Each technique uses electromagnetic waves. Radiography uses ionizing radiation, but fluoroscopy does not.

The answer is; C.

Radiology involves the use of electromagnetic waves such as X-ray to get still images of the body so as to analyze for medical conditions. Fluoroscopy, on the other hand, involves the use of electromagnetic radiation, such as X-rays,   to get live imaging of the internal body. The patient ingests a fluorescent material that travels throughout the system and the emitted radiation is monitored by an X-ray imaging equipment.

Answer: Third option is correct.

Explanation:

Radiography is similar to fluoroscopy.

An X-ray beam is passed through the body in case of radiography procedure, but it makes a still images on film whereas an X-ray beam is used with video screen during fluoroscopy procedure, so it makes images in motion that is not stored.

Both the radiography and fluoroscopy uses electromagnetic waves i.e. X-rays.

It is common in both the radiography and fluroscopy.

Hence, Third option is correct.

What are the horizontal and vertical velocities of a stunt bike that leaves a ramp at 100 km/hr and at an angle of 35 degrees?
Alex787 [66]

Horizontal velocity: 81.9 km/h

Vertical velocity: 57.4 km/h

Explanation:

We can solve this problem by resolving the velocity vector into its component along the horizontal and vertical direction.

The horizontal velocity of the stunt bike is given by:

v_x = v cos \theta

where

v = 100 km/h is the magnitude of the velocity

\theta=35^{\circ} is the angle of projection

Substituting, we find

v_x = (100)(cos 35^{\circ})=81.9 km/h

The vertical velocity instead is given by

v_y = v sin \theta

where

v=100 km/h

\theta=35^{\circ}

Substituting,

v_y = (100)(sin 35^{\circ})=57.4 km/h

Plz help me on science about cells
tatuchka [14]
Cell theory states that all living things are made of cells. And cells can only come from other cells, this disproves spontaneous generation and therefore proves the view that organisms can grow from food or dirt is wrong.

The equivalent resistance of two resistors connected in series is always greater than the equivalent resistance of the same two
seraphim [82]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

Because the resistors in series is the sum of the two resistors given as

R= R1+R2

While that of resistors in parallel is the sum of the reciprocal of the resistance given as

1/R = 1/ R1+ 1/R2

So that of series connection will be greater

An object is placed 9.5 cm in front of a convex spherical mirror. Its image forms 3.2 cm behind the mirror. What is the radius o
o-na [289]

Using the mirror formula.

1/v + 1/u = 1/f

1/9.5 + 1/3.2 = 1/f

1/f = 3.2 + 9.5 / 9.5 * 3.2

1/f = 4.82 cm

Radius = 2f

Radius = 2 x 4.82

Radius = 9.64 cm
