Which type of law determines which actions are considered a crime?
algol [13]

Answer:

Criminal law, as distinguished from civil law, is a system of laws concerned with punishment of individuals who commit crimes. Thus, where in a civil case two individuals dispute their rights, a criminal prosecution involves the government deciding whether to punish an individual for either an act or an omission.

Hope it helps!

Tell me about legal studies
den301095 [7]

Legal studies is a good path if you are interested in law :)

Not only that, but you can use it for public administration, public affairs, business, and political science. It is not the easiest, but it is worth it if you are interested in anything of the above. Studying law is as hard as you make it. In my opinion, it is definitely worth it due to the fact that its a great stepping stone for high level government positions.
