so the probability of pi king someone without blue eyes is the entire sample minus the probability of blue eyes so
$1 - \frac{1}{4} = \frac{4}{4} - \frac{1}{4} = \frac{3}{4}$
so there is 75% chance of picking someone without blue eyes.
