First of all, what is agar? well, agar is just like a jelly, but it's different, it provides food for microorganisms to eat.

Agar at almost all the times is taken from seaweed, but it's possible to find it inside other living beings in the ocean, such as red algaes, more specifically found in their cell walls. Answering the question, as you know, agar is a source of energy for microorganisms, it's used to develop a mircroorganism culture inside the lab, so most of the microorganisms we have nowadays use agar if it's available for them. There are some agar-digesting bacteria aswell found in a recent study from 1933 Harry E. Goresline.

The correct option are a)  Meiosis 1 in mother c)Meiosis 1 in father d) Meiosis 2 in father

Explanation:

If a normal haploid sperm fertilizes an egg that has undergone non-disjunction in meiosis 1 than offsprings produced might be having Aaa genotype.

If a normal haploid sperm fertilized an egg that had undergone non-disjunction in meiosis 2 then the chances of the offsprings being formed would be AAa , aaa ,  Aa , aa , a. Hence, option B is not correct.
