When an individual is setting a goal then he/ she should make goals that are difficult as well as realistic.

The fitness program helps in achieving good health. To start the fitness program, we have to make fitness goals, create a healthy diet. Physical fitness is the capability of a body to perform daily tasks. A goal gives a direction and helps individuals to focus on their goals. An individual includes all goals that can be achieved in less than three months, which are referred to as short-term goals. These goals help in motivating an individual.

An individual should carefully consider his short-term goals because when the new responsibilities of a long term goal, then the more immediate goals have chances to be neglected.
