Such right can be limited whenever <u>it is likely to lead to immediate lawless action (OPTION 4).</u> Some examples of those actions are to violate the legal rights of others, to commit crimes, do sabotages, violence, terrorism, child abuse, to rap* and to interrupt the war efforts in the nation in war times.
