(8t + 10t) + 55*12t= 300300

18t + 660t = 300300

t = 442.920354

time that number by each ticket type( do not round up). That'll give you each type of tickets sold.

8*442.920354 = 3543.36283

10*442.920354 = 4429.20354

55 *(12*442.920354) = 292327.434

if you add them up = 300300

Len and Faye live 54 miles apart. At the same time, they start biking toward each other on the same road. Len's constant rate is
Aloiza [94]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Len and Faye live 54 miles apart. At the same time, they start biking toward each other on the same road. Len's constant rate is 7 mph and Faye's is 11 mph. How many hours will it take them to meet? [Remember: D = (r)(t)]

 Answer – 3 hours

 D = (r)(t), Where

‘D’ is the distance covered

‘r’ is the approach rate

‘t’ is the total time spent

 Distance covered, ‘D’ =  miles

Approach rate, “r” = mph + mph 7+11

r =  18

t is unknown

 Solving for t,

 D = (r)(t)

54 = 18t

t = 54/18

t = 3 hours

If the endpoints of `bar(AB)` have the coordinates A(9, 8) and B(-1, -2), what is the midpoint of `bar(AB)`?
alina1380 [7]

To solve this problem you must apply the proccedure shown below:

1. You have the following points given in the problem above:

A(9,8)\\ B(-1,-2)

2. To find the midpoint, you must apply the formula that is used for calculate it. This is:

m=(\frac{x1+x2}{2}, \frac{y1+y2}{2} )

Where:

x1=9\\ x2=-1\\ y1=8\\ y2=-2

3. Now, you must substitute these values into the formula for calculate the midpoint, as following:

m=(\frac{9+(-1)}{2} ,\frac{8+(-2)}{2} )\\ m=(4,3)

Therefore, the answer is: m=(4,3)

Find the distance between the points (–8,10) and (4,10).
Semenov [28]

Answer:

12

Step-by-step explanation:

√(x2 - x1)² + (y2 - y1)²

√[4 - (-8)]² + (10 - 10)²

√(12)² + (0)²

√144 + 0

√144

=12
