In a food pyramid, the organisms at the lower level of the food chain directly get their energy from the sun and are referred to as primary producers. This level contains mainly of plants. The organisms that are on the next levels are the primary, secondary and tertiary consumers respectively. The energy conversion level is the highest at the lowest trophical level and as the levels move up the level of energy conversion gets lower.

Here out of the choices we are given we need to find which of these changes are at the lowest trophical levels. The option leaf to mouse is at the lowest level since leaf or plant is a primary producer and hence the energy conversion level is the highest compared to the other options
