Its between B and C for me because asking questions can be very helpful with note taking but highlighting important elements in her own way can be more helpful, I lean more towards C.

What is the primary consideration when choosing between the emergency room and urgent care?
yuradex [85]
Whether the condition is life-threatening

Urgent care is for urgent, but not emergency situations. When the emergency room is for life threatening ailments. My favorite way to tell people the difference; if you step on a bee, go to urgent care. If you step on a beehive, go to the emergency room.

Hope this helps. Please consider making me the Brainliest, it’s not necessary but it is appreciated as I put time and research into each answer. Have a great day, stay safe and stay healthy.
