People typically look for an "out". Some meditate or try other things such as exercise to relax and become focused. Others resort to drug use or alcohol. These substances make people numb to any pressures or stresses of the world and forget for a while. Other people may try and divert pressure to other people, either by blaming other people or passing off responsibilities.

Q: HOW DO PEOPLE COMMONLY DIVERT THE PREASSURE FROM THEMSELVES?

A: that would be blaming someone else for the problem. and firmly telling them no. if people try to get to you, just say that you feel sorry for them. 'cause what they say about you they think that way about themselves. at least try to be friendly to them so that they're not always thinking bad things about themselves.

hope this helps answer your question! = ]
