Answer:

It's all about the variances in the end-product of interest.

Explanation:

1)Personal interest has to do with the sole aim of an individual(employee) in this case taking up a job and in such process, executes it in order to receive gains on the basis of which the job is being taken upon.Usually it's all about wages and other incentives like welfare and also building of oneself and career.

Employer interest on it's so own has to do with the aims, objectives&goals of the employer, which is the basis on which the employee was being hired/employed.It centres around the drive/goals/aims on which an organization is being established. The employers interest is being achieved by the employee in the process of achieving his personal interest.

While on the other hand, public interest has to with the general well-being of the public. It concerns matters affecting everyone of the public in terms of social well-being.And it's as a result of the the combined efforts of both employee, employer, government and the public at large.

2)The conflicts of interest between the 3 aforementioned is about motivation, and this motivation all narrows downs to aftermath result or benefits that is being attached to them.In this case, people don't seem bothered by socio-economic issues affecting the public as long as it doesn't affecting them personally on the negative side which shouldn't be so.

In this case of an accountant,he or she may decide not to or audit accurate records of public accounts(courtesy of a truce between

corrupt bosses) as long as the Individual has his/her share of these loots not forgetting that these are funds meant for public welfare.

3)The difference between the narrow view of employee responsibility and professional view of employee responsibility is all about sentiments, underemployement of staff and employer's greed. In narrow view of employee's responsiblity, employers take advantage of the paucity of jobs or ignorance or unawareness of the employees and expect them to work beyond their jobs descriptions/jurisdictions in order to achieve their(employers) goals. This is very much prevalent in third-world countries.

4)A gatekeeper is any individual(s) that acts as the medium or intermediary between external forces in most cases and key figures in organizations or establishments. They are mostly the middlemen to go through in order to make contacts with key figures or decisions makers. They may include personal assistants, media aides, chiefs of staff etc.

5)The concept of employee's duty to maximise profits is "Prima facie",implies that it core objective or goal of that employee and thus it comes utmost above every other duty.Prima facie which implies first impression and so not minding the situation or circumstance, the employee's first aim in any organization should be to maximise profits because it his/her's primary objective.

6)The conflicts in employee loyalty varies but they all narrow down to enthusiasm and motivation. This in turn, is being endgendered by many factors which may include but are not limited to:wages(salary),employers attitude, social&religious beliefs, personal goals/aspirations,work environment/atmosphere etc.

7)The two meanings of loyalty are

i)being submissive to cause or something.

ii)Also, faithfulness and steadfastness in to a cause, endeavour or something.

Option A

Explanation:

Robert graduate research project didn't state that all psychology students and classes are the sample he wants to use for his research. He only targets the Psychology students as his participants not sample.
