Some of the things that can be done when one is not able to sleep are:

1. Make yourself a beverage with warm temperature, so that it could make the body feel more comfortable and cozy.

2. Try to devote the next 15 to 30 minutes in performing something relaxing, like reading a book or yoga.

3. Try to put no light or dim light in a room. The eyes are created to be awake and sensitive in the existence of light. Withdrawing it may assist one in getting to a resting mode, which will eventually help one to sleep.

Some of the animals that reproduce asexually include planarians, sea stars, annelid worms, etc.

In the fertilization process, the male sperm cell and the female egg cell come together.

Sexual reproduction involve the fertilization of egg by the sperm. In asexual, there is no fertilization. Ferns are spore-bearing plants. They reproduce via spores but their spores are not actually blackish.
