Distribute as we get,

[(3x*2)-(2*1)]+[(4x*2)+(5*2)]=8\\(6x-2)+(8x+10)=8

Remove the brackets,

6x-2+8x+10=8

Then combine,

14x+8=8

Move +8 to the right side and change the +8 to -8 (The operator must be the opposite when move to the other side.)

14x=8-8\\14x=0

Move 14 to the right side so we can find the value of x. (Because it's x multiply 14 then 0 will be divided by 14.)

x=\frac{0}{14}

Therefore, x = 0.

Answer:

x=0

Step-by-step explanation:

2(3x - 1) + 2(4x + 5) = 8

Distribute

6x -2 +8x +10 =8

Combine like terms

14x +8 = 8

Subtract 8 from each side

14x+8-8=8-8

14x =0

Divide each side by 14

14x/14 = 0/14

x=0

Find m 1 and m 2 in the diagram
Marysya12 [62]
Answers:
M for 1 is: 114
M for 2 is: 34

Why?
First you need to find out what the angle is for the corner to the left of angle 1 to do so

180-135 which equals 45

then to find on you take 180 (the sun of all interior angles in a triangle equal 180) and subtract all the angles give...
180-21-45= 114 (which makes since because angle one is obtuse and so is it)
Now for angle to you need to find the corner that is next to angle 1 to do so you do...

180-114 (because angle equals 114) this equals 66

Then you do 180-66-80 to get angle 2 which equals 34

Hope this helps :D

Question
AlekseyPX

Answer:

The population mean is 5 volts

Step-by-step explanation:

Output voltage is assumed to be normally distributed, with standard deviation 0.25 Volts

s=0.25

n = 8

H_0:\mu = 5\\H_a:\mu \neq 5

Sample mean = \bar{x}=4.85

Since n < 30 and population standard deviation is unknown

So, we will use t test

Formula : t = \frac{x-\mu}{\frac{s}{\sqrt{n}}}

t = \frac{4.85-5}{\frac{0.25}{\sqrt{8}}}

t=-1.69

Refer the t table for p value

Degree of freedom = n-1 = 8-1 = 7

So,t_{(df,\alpha)}=t_{7,0.05}=2.365

P value >α

So, We are failed to reject null hypothesis

Hence The population mean is 5 volts
