Hi, according to my research the answer to the first question would be False. Al Tabari was the author of the first medical encyclopedia & he was a Persian Scholar not Arab. The Next question the most likely answer would be D. Camels & Sheep. I don't remember any Nomas herding any type of buffalo. Hope I was correct, let me know if you need more help.
