They ate 13 hot dogs in 2 minutes, so divide 13 by 2 to find out how many hot dogs he ate in 1 minute:

13 / 2 = 6.5 hot dogs per minute.

Now divide total hot dogs eaten by 6.5 to get the total time:

91 / 6.5 = 14 total minutes.

First you calculate the rate for how many hotdogs he could eat per minute:

13 / 2 = 6.5

Now you must apply the same rate to 91:

91 / 6.5 = 14

Answer:

\boxed{\bf~He~can~eat~91~hotdogs~in~14m.}

Hope it helped,

Taylor pays $5.25 for 0.5 yards of fabric. what is the cost per yard? $1.05$10.05 $10.50$105.00
zysi [14]

The cost per yard of fabric is $10.50 if Taylor pays $5.25 for 0.5 yards of fabric, option third $10.50 is correct.

What is a fraction?

Fraction number consists of two parts, one is the top of the fraction number which is called the numerator and the second is the bottom of the fraction number which is called the denominator.

We have:

Taylor pays $5.25 for 0.5 yards of fabric.

The cost of 0.5-yard fabric = $5.25

Let's suppose the cost per yard is $x

x can be calculated by using the fraction:

x = 5.25/0.5 = $10.50

Thus, the cost per yard of fabric is $10.50 if Taylor pays $5.25 for 0.5 yards of fabric option third $10.50 is correct.

Write the standard form of the equation of each line. How do I find the slope and y-intercept with the graph for problem 6???
lisov135 [29]
The standard form for an equation is y=mx+b. You find the slope by using the formula of rise over run. This means that for problem 6 you first look to see if its positive or negative slope. The slope is positive if the line is going uphill and if its going downhill its negative. The slope would be negative for number 6 because it is going downhill. Then for the actualy slope you would start with rise. So you look at the point (0,1) and go up 3 until you hit the line of the other point and run over 2. So your slope would be -3/2.

There were two containers of oil. There was twice as much oil in the second container as in the first one. After using 13 liters
Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

48 liters

Step-by-step explanation:

First container = x

Second container has twice as much oil.

Second container = 2x

13 liters of oil was used from first container.

x - 13

7 liters of oil was used from the second container.

2x - 7

Second container has 3 times more oil than the first one.

2x - 7 = 3(x - 13)

x - 7 = 3(x - 13)

x - 7 = 3x - 39

2x = 32

x = 16

First container = 16 liters

second container = 16 x 2 = 32 liters

Total = 16 + 32 = 48 liters
