1. radius r = 20 cm

area = pi*r^2 = 3,14*400 = 1256 cm^2

circumference = 2pir = 2*3,14*20 = 136 cm

2. radius = 8 cm

area = 3,14*8^2 = 3,14*64 = 200,96 cm^2

circumference = 2*3,14*8 = 50,24 cm

3. radius = 1 cm

area = 3,14*1^2 = 3,14*1 = 3,14 cm^2

circumference = 2pir = 2*3,14*1 = 6,28 cm

hope these will help you

A and B are independent events. If P(A) = 0.50 and P(A and B) = 0.20, find P(B).
rewona [7]

The independent events are illustrations of probability, and the value of P(B) is 0.40

How to determine the value of P(B)?

The given parameters are:

P(A) = 0.50

P(A and B) = 0.20

Two events A and B are independent, if

P(A and B) = P(A) * P(B)

So, we have:

0.50 * P(B) = 0.20

Divide both sides by 0.50

P(B) = 0.40

Hence, the value of P(B) is 0.40
