1/10 of 200 is 20 (\frac{1*200}{10} =20), flo gets 20

 4/10 of 200 is 80 (\frac{4*200}{10} = \frac{800}{10}=80), Zoe gets 80.

And he gets the rest: 200 - 20 -80 =100: so he gets 100.
