The answer is (D) <span>Significant population decline led to new economic power for artisans and laborers. 

The plague ended up killing millions 1/3 of the people in Europe and it also almost completely put economic growth to a stop and it also stopped a war between the Holy Roman Empire and Persians due to both Justinian and Khosrau the leaders of these empires both got the plague.</span>
