To properly open the airway, place patient on back tilting head back as far as possible, make sure there is nothing blocking the air way.
3 breaths then 5 compressions. Correct hand placement is middle of chest, slightly towards heart. 5 cycles then recheck. 1 breath/3 seconds. compression rate is 2 per minute. I hope this helps..
